As always, the real fruits of this venture is sharing its many branches with you: The friendship of harvest, the blessing of shared meals, the distillation of creation and hard work in that golden and flavorfull oil.

Frate Sole’s oil is made from Tuscan-variety olives, grown with love and care and without chemicals or artificial fertilizers. The olives were hand-picked by happy, content and spirit-filled individuals in November and December 2005. The oil was cold-pressed within 24 hours, gently racked over the holidays and carefully bottled in March 2006.

“It won’t warm the globe, but it will warm your heart – and liven up your favorite foods,” said Andrea Mayer, Frate Sole’s chief chef.
Frate Sole is available in three sizes:

375 ml for $15

500 ml for $19

750 ml for $25

Case discount: Buy 11 bottles and get the 12th bottle free. Please contact us for information about home delivery!

Special Agritourismo offer: Bring your own bottle, jug or 44-gallon barrel out to Mayer Farm and fill your own container directly from our fancy stainless steel tanks. Customers will get a 10 percent discount (by volume) off the bottled price and they will get a container of garden-fresh produce equal to the size of their oil container. (Much more when the tomatoes and melons kick in.)
